Skills:
1. Develop/review the development of working programs in coordination with the development and delivery teams
2. Provide/review the schedule analysis, forecasts and what if scenarios required to support the strategic planning
3. Maintaining and managing the master program, including sitewide activities, logistics, and Interfaces coordination for the assets
4. input into the preparation of the project reports, forecasts and analysis to ensure reporting integrity, consistency and that produced reports meet the requirements, policies and standards
5. Provide overview analysis of the progress status and schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action where necessary
6. Work closely with Project Controls team and lead meetings related to the program development/updates creation of process flows and dispatch for each order
7. Develop/oversee the development of portfolio/overall schedules and implement the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against the plan
8. Prepare and circulate monthly dashboards, Monthly Project report and MIS for all stack holders
9. Interface with external Partners to provide accurate Management information systems
10. Review and approve the revised schedule with cost change
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with all stakeholders and publish the reports
2. Preparation, tracking and revision of schedules
3. Provide the commercial teams with progress updates/ forecasts required to produce the budget forecasts and cashflows.
Qualifications :
1. BE / BTECH – Civil engineering and specialised course in Planning
2. Years of Experience – Minimum 15 Years of experience in Procurement preferably in leading Contracting company
3. Salary – Market standard
